Fundraising
Kelsey Krnavek Kelsey is a Senior Biomedical Engineering Major and co-director of fundraising. She has participated in Relay for Life for 13 years now! Kelsey relays for her Uncle Ron, Uncle Bruce, and friend Alyssa who have all lost their lives to cancer. "I don't want anyone to have to hear the words 'you have cancer' ever again." |
Sponsorship
Maddie Campbell Maddie is a Sophomore Education Major and is a co-Sponsorship Director. Maddie has been Relaying for 5 years now! "I originally began relaying because of my grandfather who had Multiple Myeloma. I wanted to help him in any way that I could throughout his time with cancer. As my years of relaying continued, more of my family members received different cancers motivating me more to continue this journey. Over the past 5 years, I have seen what a unique impact it makes to each individual and that is now my reason for why I relay." |
Team Development
Pranav Menon Pranav is a Junior Allied Health and BIMS major and co-director of Team Development. Pranav has relayed for 4 years now! "Having personally felt the pain of a close family member and friend suffering from this horrible disease has made my passion and desire to rally for them and give them as much support as possible sky high. I truly believe the more people who join the relay team can help make this race and fight that much easier and make the person that much stronger through the tough process. Nobody ever goes through anything alone and the bigger the team the better! As Drake said 'I gotta a really big team.' Let's carry out GOD'S PLAN to make a global impact to fundraise and BTHO cancer." |
Team Development
Diamond Dobbins Diamond is a Senior Applied Exercise Physiology major with a minor in Sport Management and is co-director of Team Development. Diamond has relayed for 2 years now. "I believe that everyone, somehow knows someone or has been personally affected by cancer. And it is a widespread disease I believe has a cure. Raising awareness can help advocate for more research and better resources to end or reduce the number of victims affected by cancer." |

This is a terrible disease and the fight is tough. I know cancer is not selective in who its victims are. I want to help in any way I can in finding a cure. I hope that by being involved in Relay for Life I can make a difference." |
